The National Indian Gaming Commission ("NIGC") published a notice of proposed rulemaking for amendments to the agency's FOIA regulations in today's issue of the Federal Register.  The changes are intended to implement the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 and otherwise "streamline" the NIGC's FOIA process.  Written comments must be received by November 16, 2017.
