The Federal Housing Finance Agency issued a final version of its amended FOIA regulations today.  The amendments, which are effective immediately, incorporate the requirements of the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016.  The FHFA initially proposed the amendments on March 15, 2017, and it received four public comments.
