The Department of the Army retracted its supplementary FOIA regulations (32 C.F.R. Part 518) today, per a final rule appearing in the Federal Register.  The Army's supplementary regulations were deemed unnecessary in light of DOD's FOIA revisions on February 6, 2018, which added DOD component information.
