The Wall Street Journal reported today that Jesse Panuccio, the acting associate attorney general and DOJ’s chief FOIA officer, has submitted his resignation. Claire Murray, who left the White House Counsel’s Office to be one of Attorney General Barr’s aides, is reportedly under consideration to replace Mr. Panuccio.
