The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service published a final rule amending the agency’s FOIA regulations in today’s issue of the Federal Register. The changes, which are intended to implement the 2016 FOIA Improvement Act, are effective immediately. FMCS did not provide an opportunity for public comment.
