No. The service is free for everyone.
When will I receive a reply to my question?
We expect to be able to answer your question within a few hours or days, depending on the complexity of the question and the volume of other questions we have received. Please note that your question may be rejected if it is inappropriate for our service.
How long will my question remain on the site?
Questions that are answered will remain on the site indefinitely.
May I submit a question anonymously?
Yes. You are not required to submit your name or email address. If you submit your name, it will be posted on our website together with your question and our answer. If you submit your email address, we will be able notify you when your question has been answered, or, if needed, to contact you directly to clarify your question.
